Nawaf Al Nafisee is a Senior Associate in the Consulting Services team at KAPSARC, specializing in quality assurance and energy policy advisory across the public and private sectors. He has led and supported national projects on circular economy, electrification, energy innovation, and governance frameworks. Nawaf holds a master’s degree in energy policy from the University of Sussex and a B.Sc. in industrial engineering from Concordia University, along with graduate diplomas in public relations and management. His professional interests include strategic implementation, stakeholder engagement, content creation, and sustainable development in the energy sector.
